[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, held a meeting of the Child Abuse Response Information Linkage Council and an integrated case conference to establish a support plan.

Nine officials from Sancheong-gun, Sancheong Police Station, Sancheong Office of Education, and the Gyeongnam Western Child Protection Agency attended the meeting held on the 30th.

The attendees shared key work plans to establish a child abuse response support system.

In particular, they checked the progress of the 'e Child Happiness Support Project' and established a joint inspection plan for high-risk children in the first half of the year.

They also discussed future case management plans in the event of child abuse reports or suspected abuse cases.

An official from the county stated, “We aim to strengthen the Information Linkage Council through active information exchange with related organizations. We will strive to build a practical child abuse response system and, this year, collaborate not only with related organizations but also with field experts from various sectors to protect children.”
