The Donam 6 District Housing Redevelopment Maintenance Project is located at 48-29 Donam-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, with a total floor area of 158,290㎡, consisting of 13 apartment buildings ranging from 6 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 889 households, and the construction cost is 265.6 billion KRW.
It is a station area near Gireum Station on Subway Line 4, with easy access to the Internal Circular Road and Northern Arterial Road, and has established living infrastructure such as large department stores, marts, and traditional markets near the complex.
Lotte Construction, for the first time in Seongbuk-gu, collaborated with the overseas design firm 'Jerde' to carry out the design of the multi-family housing, focusing on creating a unique and artistic exterior. Jerde has undertaken projects for prominent overseas landmark facilities such as the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, USA, and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and domestically has worked on Sheraton Seoul and D-Cube City.
Meanwhile, Lotte Construction recently won orders for the Bongcheon 1-1 Reconstruction Project, Seonsa Hyundai Apartment Remodeling Project, and Mia 3 Redevelopment Promotion District Redevelopment Project, and with this recent order, it has recorded a cumulative urban maintenance project order amount of 1.6639 trillion KRW this year.
