[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Pulmuone announced on the 27th that its subsidiary Pulmuone Foods will issue domestic private unnamed unsecured bond-type hybrid capital securities.

The total face value of the unnamed unsecured bond-type hybrid capital securities is 17 billion KRW. The subscription and payment date is the 30th of this month. The maturity date is May 30, 2052.
