Hanshin Engineering & Construction is conducting a "star marketing" event at the model house for the "Geumnam-ro Hanshin The Hue Penthouse," located in the Geumnam-ro 3-ga area of Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City. Following the successful star invitation events held earlier, only the final event remains.

The star invitation events hosted by "Geumnam-ro Hanshin The Hue Penthouse" attracted many visitors. On the 7th and 21st, golfer Kim was invited to give lectures. Golfer Kim, nicknamed the "Super Peanut" for his power despite his small stature during his active career, drew large crowds at both the first and second lectures.

On the 14th, Chef Oh Se-deuk was invited to conduct a cooking class. Chef Oh graduated from the New York ICE Culinary School and gained popularity through appearances on famous entertainment programs, making him a "star chef."

For the final invitation event, on the afternoon of the 28th, a cooking class with star chef Lee Won-il will be held. Chef Lee graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Hotel and Food Service Management and currently serves as the owner-chef of Lee Won-il Table in Itaewon. He gained fame through appearances on popular TV programs.

The event will run for about one hour from 1 to 2 p.m. Chef Lee will demonstrate simple cooking in front of visitors, and if possible, visitors may have the opportunity to taste the dishes. Those interested in participating can contact the model house to register as interested customers and make a reservation in advance.

Meanwhile, "Geumnam-ro Hanshin The Hue Penthouse" is a high-end apartment complex consisting of two buildings with a total of 99 households, ranging from four basement floors to 25 floors above ground. The units are divided by exclusive area as follows: ▲84㎡A 20 units ▲84㎡B 20 units ▲107㎡ 35 units ▲163㎡A 11 units ▲163㎡B 11 units ▲226㎡P 1 unit ▲230㎡P 1 unit. It is a high-end apartment that includes Gwangju's first "two-story house" structure.

The payment terms are 10% deposit, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance. The deposit can be paid in two installments of 5% each, and some of the interim payments offer deferred interest benefits. Move-in is scheduled for May 2024.

The complex is located in an ultra-station area within walking distance of Gwangju Subway Line 1's "Geumnam-ro 4-ga Station." Situated in the heart of the old downtown, residents can also access nearby Geumnam-ro and Chungjang-ro commercial districts, with excellent existing living infrastructure such as Lotte Department Store and NC Department Store.

"Geumnam-ro Hanshin The Hue Penthouse" also incorporates advanced digital systems. Each unit is equipped with a 10-inch voice recognition wall pad, and residents can control lighting, gas, heating, and check energy usage through a dedicated app. Additionally, a one-pass system allows residents to pass through the main entrance without a separate key.

Safety and energy-saving systems are also applied. The vehicle control system prevents unauthorized entry of external vehicles, high-definition CCTV cameras with over 2 million pixels are installed throughout the complex, and infrared sensors are planned for the lowest floors. The insulation design ensures seamless coverage even at corners to prevent energy waste and condensation, and high-efficiency LED lighting fixtures are applied in units and throughout the complex.

Various convenience systems to assist residents' daily lives are planned. Individual storage rooms are provided for all units, allowing residents to store seasonal items, and two elevators per building are secured for added convenience. An unmanned parcel storage system enables contactless receipt and dispatch. Two guest houses will also be constructed to reduce the burden of hosting visitors for residents.

Community facilities will be developed throughout the complex. On the third floor, utilizing the pilotis space, barbecue kitchens, fitness centers, pet yards, gallery gardens, and playgrounds (with steam fountains installed) are planned. On the 13th floor, two golf practice ranges will be created, allowing residents to enjoy swinging and putting while overlooking the city. On the top floor, the 25th floor, a rooftop terrace garden will be established to provide a natural healing space. In the basement, a Mom's Station is planned to ensure the safe commute of children to school or daycare.
