[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Pulmuone Foods announced on the 27th that it has launched 'Usamgyeop Kimchi Fried Rice,' which contains savory beef brisket and Namdo-style flavorful kimchi.

Usamgyeop Kimchi Fried Rice is a product that delivers a rich, savory taste by generously adding beef brisket, an ingredient that pairs well with kimchi fried rice. Additionally, it balances the overall flavor with domestically produced Namdo-style flavorful kimchi. The Namdo-style kimchi, made with shrimp sauce and anchovy fish sauce, offers a clean aftertaste and a moderate spiciness that anyone can enjoy deliciously. It undergoes a low-temperature aging process for a certain period to achieve a deeper umami flavor. Besides domestic napa cabbage kimchi, seven types of vegetables including green onions, carrots, onions, cabbage, chives, and garlic are added to complete a rich texture.

The cooking method is simple. Just heat cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the frozen rice without thawing over medium heat for 3 minutes. It can also be prepared in a microwave, allowing the whole family to enjoy a convenient and tasty meal.

The new product is available not only at offline stores but also through Pulmuone’s official online mall Shop Pulmuone, Naver Smart Store, Coupang, Gmarket, 11st, and other online channels. To commemorate the launch, special discount events will be held at large discount marts.
