Kim Dong-yeon Camp "Kim Eun-hye's Husband's Residence Is Not Bundang but Cheongdam-dong? ... Must Clarify Fake Gyeonggi Couple Suspicion"

[Asia Economy Reporter Naju-seok] The campaign team of Kim Dong-yeon, the Democratic Party candidate for Gyeonggi Province governor, questioned the actual residence of Kim Eun-hye, the People Power Party candidate for Gyeonggi Province governor, as registered on her resident registration, and demanded an explanation regarding the suspicion of being a ‘fake Gyeonggi couple’.

Jeon Hong-gyu, spokesperson for Kim Dong-yeon’s campaign, said in a statement on the day, "A report was released on the 24th stating that Kim Eun-hye and her husband actually live in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, not in Bundang, Gyeonggi Province, which is their registered address." He added, "If the report is true, the couple, who are billionaires, have been living in Cheongdam-dong, one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the country, while pretending to live in Bundang, Gyeonggi Province, with a 100 million won jeonse (key money deposit) lease just for the election."

He mentioned, "According to the report, Kim’s husband, Mr. Yoo, does not live in Bundang at all."

Spokesperson Jeon stated, "(If the report is true) this could be considered a disguised move of changing the resident registration address to Bundang." He argued, "As the spouse of a governor who represents the public interest, this is a highly inappropriate act."

He demanded, "Kim Eun-hye should clearly and unequivocally explain these suspicions." Spokesperson Jeon claimed, "She consistently denies the ‘KT illegal solicitation suspicion’ and either ignores or evades the controversies over ‘fake Gyeonggi moms,’ ‘fake patriotic husband,’ and ‘fake female head of household’ with clever wordplay."

Earlier, Open Sympathy TV released a video on their YouTube channel titled ‘Cheongdam-dong Madam Kim Eun-hye, from "Fake Gyeonggi Mom" to "Fake Gyeonggi Candidate" Suspicion.’ According to the video, there are multiple indications that Kim Eun-hye’s husband’s actual residence is presumed to be Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, rather than Bundang, Gyeonggi Province, which is the registered address.
