Hansol Logistics Decides on Debt Guarantee of 9.9 Billion KRW for Subsidiary

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jaehee] Hansol Logistics announced on the 25th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee worth 9,852,960,000 KRW to its wholly-owned Chinese subsidiary, Hansol Logistics Shanghai. This amount corresponds to 12.54% of its equity capital.

The debt guarantee period is from May 31, 2022, to May 30, 2023.
