This year, they plan to operate a ‘theme-based online export consultation’ continuously throughout the year, reflecting overseas food culture trends.
As of April this year, Gyeongbuk’s agricultural product export amount reached $313.39 million, showing a 90.7% increase compared to the same period last year ($164.34 million).
Kim Jongsu, Director of the Agriculture, Livestock, and Distribution Bureau of Gyeongbuk Province, said, “The permanent overseas sales outlets will serve as test markets to monitor consumer responses and discover new or promising export products,” adding, “We will provide more companies with opportunities to enter overseas markets through multifaceted marketing efforts.”
