The Spring Conference of the Korean Society for Image Science Held at National Pukyong University ... Over 50 Papers Presented

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Duyul] The 56th Spring Academic Conference of the Korean Image Society in 2022 will be held on the 26th at the Convention Hall on the 4th floor of the Future Building at Pukyong National University.

The academic conference is hosted by the Korean Image Society, co-organized by the Printing Electronics Technology Research Institute of Pukyong National University, and supported by Pukyong National University and the Smart Green Convergence Material Talent Development Research Group of Pukyong National University.

More than 60 researchers from 14 domestic and international institutions are expected to attend the conference and present over 50 papers.

The sessions will begin with a greeting from Nam Sooyong, president of the society and professor at Pukyong National University, followed by invited lectures, poster presentations, and oral presentations.

Founded in 1994, the Korean Image Society consists of members from academia, industry, and research institutes engaged in various image-related fields such as image materials, image processing and systems, transmission, storage, and evaluation, contributing to the academic and industrial technology development of related researchers.
