Ceragem Launches New HR System and Dedicated Team to Innovate Corporate Culture

Ceragem Launches New HR System and Dedicated Team to Innovate Corporate Culture Ceragem Junior Board.

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Ceragem announced on the 24th that it will undertake a major corporate culture innovation, including introducing a new HR system that reflects customer-centric thinking in performance evaluations and establishing an organizational culture team.

The newly established HR system is characterized by significantly applying ‘Ceragemership,’ the behavior pattern of executives and employees who prioritize customers as the highest value in their work, to performance evaluations. It identifies whether employees practice customer-centric values through multi-faceted evaluations during work execution and rewards those who faithfully perform accordingly.

Recently, to promote a healthy corporate culture, Ceragem established an organizational culture team and doubled the number of in-house training personnel. This is to respond to the rapid business expansion, having hired over 900 employees last year alone, and to enhance work efficiency and internalize the new corporate culture among executives and employees.

Programs operated after the establishment of the organizational culture team include ▲the in-house campaign ‘WE MAKE,’ aimed at having members directly create the organizational culture ▲the daily broadcast program ‘Sebasi (Time to Change Ceragem),’ where various employees share their stories ▲and ‘Ceragem of the Month,’ which encourages employees who best practice Ceragemership.

In particular, as part of the ‘WE MAKE’ campaign, a ‘GOGO (thinking about and generating ideas to solve customer problems) Contest’ was recently held, where employees directly considered customer issues and derived solutions.

Many programs have also been prepared to increase communication among employees and create progressive systems and cultures. A ‘Junior Board’ composed of young practitioners was launched to provide a platform for management and members to exchange ideas on internal issues and policies, and the integrated website ‘Seratalktalk,’ where employees can anonymously submit grievances or ideas, was renewed and reopened.

A Ceragem official said, “As various talents join due to business expansion, we are striving to share the value of ‘Ceragemership’ and create an environment where employees can fully demonstrate their abilities. We will work to activate communication between generations and departments to transform into a horizontal and flexible organization.”
