[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] EID, a company listed on the KOSPI, is conducting a 10-to-1 reverse stock split and is promoting an NFT project as a new business.
EID announced on the 24th that it will jointly promote the SKA project with Takion ENT, a blockchain company led by CEO Deokho Kang.
Deokho Kang, CEO of Takion, gained attention as a speaker at the Korea-Latin America Digital Forum jointly hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Ministry of Science and ICT. Professor Seongryeol Maeng of Woosuk University, who designed the SKA project worldview, graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Physics and earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Upon completion of the reverse split, EID's capital was reduced to 18.8 billion KRW, and the total number of issued shares decreased to 94 million.
