As of 4:20 PM Korea time on the 23rd, the UK FTSE index is trading at 7,445.42, up 0.75% compared to the previous trading day.

Germany's DAX index and France's CAC index are also rising, recording 14,164.08 and 6,343.26 respectively, up 1.29% and 0.93% from the previous trading day.

The pan-European Euro Stoxx 600 index is trading at 435.56, up 1.03% from the previous day.
