At the memorial service for the 13th anniversary of former President Roh's passing in Bongha Village, Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province, Chairman Lee said, "It is a world where people live, and I will continue to uphold a world without unfairness and privileges without losing it."

Regarding his future campaign plans, he said, "First, I visited the Honam region in relation to the May 18 event, and in commemoration of former President Roh's memorial service today, I came to support the Chungcheong and Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam areas from yesterday to today," adding, "From now on, I think I need to focus on the metropolitan area, contract constituencies, and Incheon."
