Viewing at the latest price of 3,000 KRW below zero from June 3 to 6 during the holiday period
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] The Yeongnam Alps Complex Welcome Center Alps Cinema in Ulju-gun, Ulsan, is holding this year’s ‘Alps Cinema Special Exhibition’ for screening the latest movies.
The special exhibition, held from June 3 to 6 during the Memorial Day holiday, offers the latest movies at a discounted price of 3,000 won on a first-come, first-served basis.
A total of 36 screenings will be held during the exhibition period, with the discount ticket available for the first 98 viewers per screening. Reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per person.
The movies screened during this period include three titles: ‘Jurassic World: Dominion,’ ‘Crime City 2,’ and ‘Pok?mon the Movie: DP?Giratina and the Sky Warrior Shaymin.’
This discount event was promoted after Alps Cinema was selected for support by the Korean Film Council’s project to revitalize movie-going culture, which has been difficult due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
A county official said, “We selected the latest released movies so that various age groups can enjoy them during the holiday period,” adding, “We hope that the movie-going culture of the residents, which has been subdued by COVID-19, will revive even a little.”
