Golfzon County "Full Introduction of Smart 'Self Check-in'"

Golfzon County has fully implemented self check-in (photo) at 18 golf courses nationwide that it directly operates.

This system, launched in September 2019, aims to expand contactless services and enhance visitor convenience. Guests receive a locker number simultaneously with the check-in process by using a check-in number, reservation time, or QR code. Additionally, mobile check-in is available through the app using the same methods. It has been praised for "reducing guests' check-in waiting times and improving convenience by allowing easy confirmation of the issued locker numbers."

The paper tickets previously used for check-in have been converted to an IT system, contributing to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management practices. Furthermore, IT technologies such as Air Motion, unmanned convenience stores, and serving robots are being actively applied at the golf courses. CEO Seo Sang-hyun stated, "We are continuously developing IT services to provide more convenient round services," adding, "We will strive further to create smart golf courses."
