On the second day of his visit to Korea, President Biden began his official schedule by visiting the National Seoul National Cemetery in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, in the morning to lay flowers and pay respects at the Memorial Tower. Afterwards, he moved to the Yongsan Presidential Office building.

The two leaders met around 1:25 PM on the first floor of the former Ministry of National Defense building, where the Presidential Office is located.

The talks will continue for 90 minutes in order of a small-scale meeting, informal talks, and an expanded meeting in the office on the 5th floor of the building.
