Hwaseung R&A Decides on 5 Billion KRW Debt Guarantee for Hwaseung T&C

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Hwasung R&E announced on the 19th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee of 4.965 billion KRW for a third party concerning its affiliate company Hwasung T&C.

This amount corresponds to 8.23% of its equity capital, and the debt guarantee period is from the 31st of this month until May 31, 2023.
