[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Travel and leisure platform Yanolja announced on the 19th that it will launch a new service called 'Home & Villa.'
Home & Villa is a service that allows users to book detached house-type accommodations that provide the experience of living in a travel destination as if staying at home. Unlike hotels or resorts, these accommodations are fully equipped to allow guests to experience daily life, such as cooking for themselves. The layout includes rooms, living rooms, and kitchens similar to a home, along with unique spaces such as gardens, outdoor swimming pools, outdoor bathtubs, and barbecue facilities to support a special travel experience.
Yanolja has carefully selected over 100 Home & Villa accommodations nationwide. Representative accommodations include Jeju Goyo and Jeju Dallo. Both are standalone detached facilities featuring cozy rooms, kitchens, and outdoor swimming pools. This allows travelers to create special memories while maintaining their usual daily routines during their stay. Since the accommodations are located in neighborhoods where guests can fully experience the charm of the travel destination, there is a growing trend of visitors seeking themes such as 'emotional accommodations' and 'private accommodations.'
Won Yeon-kyung, head of the marketing strategy team at Yanolja, said, “Many travelers imagine, 'I wish this place were my neighborhood and home' whenever they visit a good travel destination. The goal of Home & Villa is to help travelers experience new charms of the destination by living like locals.”
Meanwhile, Yanolja has expanded its service areas three times this year, including Home & Villa. Starting with space rentals in January, it has broadened its service scope in domestic and international travel and leisure fields to include real-time airline tickets and Home & Villa. Yanolja aims to provide differentiated customer value in the travel and leisure sectors through aggressive service expansion.
