Hyundai Motor announced on the 18th that it will launch and start selling the facelift model of the Palisade, ‘The new PALISADE,’ on the 19th. The new Palisade was first unveiled at the '2022 New York Auto Show' on the 13th of last month.
The new Palisade is a large SUV representing Hyundai Motor. While inheriting the innovative spaciousness of the existing model, it features ▲a wide and robustly expressed premium interior and exterior design ▲new advanced safety and convenience features ▲stable driving performance and comfortable ride quality, offering top-level product value to meet the needs of customers enjoying various lifestyles. Additionally, the thickness of sound-absorbing materials has been increased to secure interior quietness, and the shock absorption device has been improved to minimize vibrations during high-speed driving.
The price has increased by 2 million to 5 million KRW compared to the 2020 model. Based on a 3.5% individual consumption tax, the gasoline 3.8 model’s Exclusive trim rose from 36.06 million KRW to 38.67 million KRW, Prestige from 41.13 million KRW to 44.31 million KRW, and Calligraphy from 46.24 million KRW to 50.69 million KRW. For the diesel 2.2 model, the Exclusive trim increased from 37.56 million KRW to 40.14 million KRW, Prestige from 42.63 million KRW to 45.78 million KRW, and Calligraphy from 47.74 million KRW to 52.16 million KRW.

Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor will operate a special exhibition space called ‘Palisade House’ in Ikseon-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, from the 19th to celebrate the launch of The new Palisade until the 6th of next month. It consists of a ‘Gallery’ where vehicles are displayed and a ‘Persona Room’ that captures the relaxation and positive experiences felt in the Palisade. The gallery space exhibits The new Palisade along with sculptures and media art.
Hyundai Motor will also hold various events for visitors to Palisade House and customers who sign contracts and take delivery of The new Palisade. Visitors who make reservations to Palisade House will be offered coffee and souvenirs, and among customers participating in SNS events, various gifts such as house cakes will be given through a lottery.
A Hyundai Motor official said, “With a spacious interior and newly added high-tech convenience features, both drivers and passengers can experience comfortable and safe premium driving,” adding, “The new Palisade will be the best vehicle providing customers with a satisfying and relaxed life.”
