On the 18th, Shilla Duty Free announced that it will exclusively partner with Hana Tour in the duty-free industry to offer benefits usable both online and offline at all stores to customers who book Hana Tour products.
Customers who book Hana Tour's overseas travel packages, honeymoons, golf, and airtel products can receive overlapping benefits including points redeemable like cash at Shilla Duty Free's Seoul store, Incheon Airport store, Jeju store, and online duty-free shop, as well as 'S Rewards' and top-tier membership perks.
At Shilla Duty Free Seoul store, customers receive ▲30,000 S Rewards points ▲a coffee coupon for the Shilla Duty Free Artisee store ▲a one-day 'Black Pass' including access to the VVIP lounge and concierge service. The Shilla Internet Duty Free offers ▲3 million won in points ▲135,000 S Rewards points ▲and an upgrade to Prestige tier. The Incheon Airport store gives 8,000 points, and the Jeju store provides a one-day Black Pass.
Additionally, as a special gift exclusive to Hana Tour booking customers, two types of beauty kits will be given to the first 5,000 purchasers. Customers visiting the Seoul, Jeju, or Incheon Airport stores can receive benefits by presenting their Hana Tour product purchase reservation confirmation at the information desk. The event runs until August 31.
