'Next Sohee,' selected as the closing film of the Critics' Week at the Cannes International Film Festival, will be unveiled on the 25th (local time). The production company Twin Plus Partners announced on the 18th that the film will be screened at 7:30 PM at Espace Miramar in Cannes, France. Director Jung Joo-ri and actress Kim Si-eun are expected to attend. This is Director Jung's second invitation to the Cannes Film Festival. Her first feature debut, 'Dohee-ya,' was showcased in the Un Certain Regard section in 2014. 'Next Sohee' is a drama focusing on Sohee, a high school girl who goes on-site training at a call center, and a female detective who questions the trail she leaves behind. The film stars Bae Doo-na and Kim Si-eun. The domestic release date is yet to be determined.
