[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun will operate the 'Return-to-Farming and Return-to-Village Preparation Stamp Tour' starting from the 18th to help urban residents preparing for return-to-farming and return-to-village settle stably.
According to the county on the 17th, the Return-to-Farming and Return-to-Village Preparation Stamp Tour is a participatory program where prospective returnees visit the county's return-to-farming and return-to-village information providing institutions to obtain necessary information and receive stamps.
Eligibility to participate is limited to those with addresses in urban areas; Hwasun-gun residents and rural area residents cannot participate.
Participants visit the Hwasun-gun Agricultural Technology Center to receive a stamp leaflet containing institution information, then visit the information providing institutions to collect stamps.
The tour locations include six places: ▲ Future Agriculture Team at the Agricultural Technology Center providing comprehensive return-to-farming and return-to-village consultations ▲ Competency Development Team providing agricultural education information ▲ Microbial Cultivation Room supplying microorganisms necessary for agriculture ▲ Agricultural Machinery Rental Office supporting agricultural machinery rental ▲ Return-to-Farming and Return-to-Village School conducting return-to-farming education ▲ Unmanned sales center for agricultural products produced directly by returnees.
If participants collect five or more stamps, they can receive various promotional packages such as a travel cooking utensil set.
The tour will operate until the end of December and may close early if promotional packages run out.
A county official said, “We hope this will be a good opportunity for urban residents preparing for return-to-farming and return-to-village to obtain necessary information,” adding, “We will continue to discover and promote various support policies and provide return-to-farming and return-to-village information for urban residents to encourage stable settlement.”
