Inus Unveils Family-Friendly Bathroom Remodeling Package 'Okid'

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Bathroom specialty brand Inus announced on the 17th that it has launched a family-friendly bathroom remodeling package called ‘Orchid’.

The Orchid package is designed by carefully observing the inconveniences family members may experience in the bathroom and encouraging independent bathroom use for infants and young children. It reflects the opinions of in-house employees who are raising children, creating a bathroom environment that is convenient for the entire family.

The ‘infant-compatible toilet seat’ used by both adults and young children features a triple silent design to reduce noise in the bathroom. The ‘two-step stool’ can be used by children when using the sink independently or by adults when reaching for items placed high.

Additionally, a ‘wireless automatic switch’ that turns the lights on and off automatically upon entering and exiting the bathroom without separate switch operation has been applied, allowing children who cannot reach the switch to use the bathroom easily.

It is also noteworthy that a ‘filter-type shower head’ is placed within easy reach of infants and young children. The shower head can be folded to adjust water flow, and its small size makes it suitable for children to use independently after outdoor activities. The package also includes a spacious sliding upper cabinet and a storage-type lower cabinet to store various accessories and bath products. A functional composite ventilator is installed on the bathroom ceiling, providing ventilation as well as heating and drying functions.

The overall space uses pastel coral tone color tiles as a point to enhance children’s creativity. Along with this, non-slip floor tiles are applied to prevent slipping accidents in the bathroom. The combination of beige bathroom furniture and white matte tiles completes a clean and modern bathroom interior.

Inus CEO Hong Seung-ryeol said, “This new product was designed by gathering various opinions from parent researchers within the Inus bathroom research institute to ensure that all family members can feel happiness in the bathroom,” adding, “We hope families enjoy convenient bathroom life with the ‘Orchid’ package, which is designed for children to act independently in the bathroom.”
