Seven Eleven Launches Jeil Matjip Series Lunchboxes... "Targeting the Taste of the 1020 Generation" Three types of Jeil Matjip Series Season 2 sold at 7-Eleven.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Seven Eleven announced on the 17th that it will newly launch the Jeil Matjip Series Season 2 lunchboxes in collaboration with CJ CheilJedang.

The newly introduced products include three types: Jeil Matjip Lunchbox, Jeil Matjip Kimchi Donkatsu Nabe, and Jeil Matjip Tteokgalbi Gimbap. The Jeil Matjip Series, first released in February, has gained great popularity by capturing the taste of the 10s and 20s generation with a variety of cost-effective options.

The Jeil Matjip Lunchbox is generously packed with soy sauce bulgogi, budae bokkeum, sausage, and donggeurangttaeng, and includes kimchi bokkeum and shiitake fish cake bokkeum, which taste better when eaten cold, arranged in separate containers. The Jeil Matjip Kimchi Donkatsu Nabe features thick domestic sirloin pork cutlet placed on top of stir-fried kimchi made more delicious with Omogari sauce, finished with a mixed topping of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. The Jeil Matjip Tteokgalbi Gimbap contains soft tteokgalbi mainly made from galbi meat, allowing you to enjoy a generous bite.

A Seven Eleven official said, “Since the Jeil Matjip Series has received good responses since Season 1, this ambitious product was developed to satisfy many consumers through more diverse compositions,” adding, “We will continue to strive to develop new products through collaboration.”
