The 2022 Seoul Asia Financial Forum will be held on the 26th from 9:00 AM to 3:50 PM under the theme "MyData for All - Focusing on Overseas Success Cases." The forum aims to explore the development of Korea's MyData industry by examining successful cases abroad.
Julian Ranger, founder and chairman of the global MyData company digi.me; Allen Mitchell, founder and chairman of Mydex, a UK personal data platform established in 2008; and Paul Jansen, co-founder and head of financial products at OCKTO, a Dutch MyData asset management platform, will share their entrepreneurial experiences and successful service cases.
Mariam Paboudi, author of "Financial Data Valuation" and professor of finance at MIT Sloan School of Management, and Mark Jensen, partner and data trust service leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Singapore, will also participate as speakers.
Domestically, Sungyong Park, vice president of COOCON, established in 2007 and providing data collection and linkage services from over 500 domestic institutions and 2,000 overseas institutions in finance, public sector, healthcare, logistics, and telecommunications through standardized application programming interfaces (APIs), will explain his business experience and COOCON’s plans and goals.
Since most overseas speakers will participate, the event will be held online with a live YouTube broadcast featuring simultaneous Korean-English interpretation.
