Candidate Kim Su-young for Yangcheon District Mayor Holds Campaign Committee Launch Ceremony

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 16th at 2 PM, the election campaign committee of Kim Su-young, the Democratic Party of Korea candidate for Yangcheon District Mayor (current Yangcheon District Mayor), held a large-scale launch ceremony at the campaign office and officially entered the election campaign system.

The election campaign committee of Kim Su-young, candidate for Yangcheon District Mayor, will begin full-scale activities led by Hwang Hee, National Assembly member for Yangcheon Gap, and Lee Yong-seon, National Assembly member for Yangcheon Eul, co-chairs of the campaign committee, to secure a landslide victory for the Democratic Party of Korea in the June 1 local elections.

In addition to National Assembly members Lee Yong-seon and Hwang Hee, Nam In-soon and Jung Chun-sook also attended the launch ceremony to wish for Kim’s victory. Park Ji-hyun, co-chair of the Democratic Party’s Emergency Response Committee, and Kim Sang-hee, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, also supported Kim’s challenge to become the first female mayor elected for three consecutive terms through video congratulatory messages.

The ‘Omega 3 Kim Su-young Camp’ campaign committee, composed of about 800 members?the largest ever?was organized into various divisions including advisory groups, committees, special committees, and special spokesperson groups.

At the event, Kim Su-young, candidate for Yangcheon District Mayor, stated, “Today is the 29th Yangcheon Residents’ Day, and I will become a one team with everyone attending this meaningful launch ceremony to lead us to victory,” adding, “I will immediately return after winning the election and complete uninterrupted development of Yangcheon.”
