[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Woomi Construction announced on the 16th that it plans to supply the 10-year private rental apartment "Rhythm City Woomirin" in June in the complex cultural convergence district residential land area in Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do.

"Rhythm City Woomirin" is a private rental apartment consisting of 8 buildings from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 767 households and an exclusive area of 84㎡. By type, there are ▲84㎡A 630 households ▲84㎡B 137 households.

One advantage is the ability to share infrastructure with the Gosan·Millak district and the planned Legal Town. The Gosan·Millak district already has lifestyle convenience facilities such as E-Mart and Costco, and the Legal Town, scheduled for completion in 2028, plans to relocate the district court and prosecutor's office along with the construction of about 4,600 public housing units and commercial facilities.

Nearby is Uijeongbu Light Rail Gosan Station, and it is also adjacent to the Guri?Pocheon Expressway and the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway.

Within the complex, there will be exercise facilities such as an indoor multipurpose gymnasium, indoor golf practice range, and fitness center. Additionally, Woomirin brand services such as an indoor children's playground and Cafe Lynn are planned to be applied.
