On the 13th, the two met again in Yangpyeong, where Jang Ga-hyun spent her school days, two years after their divorce, on TV Chosun's "We Got Divorced 2." They talked about their recent lives after the divorce over dinner.
Jang Ga-hyun confessed that she dated once after the divorce. She said, "I have moved on now," adding, "Feelings came back again. We dated just normally, but accumulated disappointments led to a typical breakup." On the other hand, Jo Sung-min said, "When we dated, I gave everything, so I think that was the end for me," and added, "Instinctive desires like appetite, sexual desire, and sleep disappeared."
The two opened up about feelings they couldn't express at the time of their divorce. Jang Ga-hyun confessed that the decisive reason for their divorce was because she acted in a film with exposure scenes. She said, "I think the film had a decisive impact on our divorce," adding, "I thought you coolly allowed me to act in the film, but seeing that you didn't, I couldn't control my anger. I felt like I was being toyed with even though I was working." Jo Sung-min said, "I was particularly against it. I was very sensitive and disliked your exposure scenes or swimsuit scenes."
In the 20th year of their marriage, after Jo Sung-min's permission, Jang Ga-hyun acted in a film that included quite a few exposure scenes. During filming, Jo Sung-min asked, "What scene did you shoot today?" and "Did you moan during the reading? Did you or didn't you?" Recalling the day she watched the film alone, Jang Ga-hyun tearfully said, "It felt so unpleasant, like a man who just watched pornography touching me. It felt like a lack of respect for me."
