Fire Department Dispatched to Reported Smoke at Yoon's Residence Acro Vista

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] A fire alarm was reported in the basement of Acrovista in Seocho-gu, Seoul, where President Yoon Seok-yeol resides, causing firefighters to rush to the scene.

According to the fire department on the 14th, at around 6:50 PM, a report was received of smoke coming from the outdoor unit room on the first basement floor of Acrovista, prompting the fire department to respond.

At the scene, 14 pieces of equipment and 43 personnel were deployed, but the nearby police had already extinguished the fire using a fire extinguisher.

The fire department is investigating the exact cause of the fire, which is believed to have been caused by a cigarette butt that ignited fallen leaves and trash.
