Change into a Customer-Friendly Space... A Trend of Renovating Dining Out Stores Hanchon Seolleongtang Seoul Gangdong Branch.

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] As outdoor activities increase with the With Corona policy, the dining industry is also stepping up efforts to attract customers through various marketing strategies. In particular, as store visits are expected to increase, major dining companies are increasingly renovating existing stores into customer-friendly spaces so that customers can experience new things and satisfaction in-store.

According to the industry on the 15th, ‘Hanchon Seolleongtang’ recently transformed one of its directly managed stores, the Gangdong branch in Seoul, into a combined format of a regular store and a convenience meal store.

At the Gangdong branch, customers can still dine as before, but a space gathering the company’s convenience meals was added, allowing for the sale and delivery of convenience meals. This enables the store to attract not only dining customers but also convenience meal demand customers, resulting in increased sales and convenience meal experience for the store, and enhanced convenience for customers.
