Changwon City Recruiting Additional Applicants for Multi-Child Household Jeonse Loan Interest Support

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province, will accept additional applications for the 2022 Multi-Child Household Jeonse Loan Interest Support Project starting from the 16th.

The city supported 85 households with 77 million KRW from March 14 to April 6, and announced that additional applications will be accepted until the remaining budget of 12 million KRW after support until April is exhausted.

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions: ▲multi-child households without housing with a standard median income of 180% or less ▲households with three or more children under the age of 18 ▲households that have received a housing Jeonse loan from a financial institution ▲multi-child households where both parents and children have an address in Changwon City.

After verifying eligibility, selected applicants can receive support once a year up to 1 million KRW within 1.5% of the outstanding Jeonse loan balance.

Recipients of basic livelihood security benefits, residents of public rental housing, households that have signed lease contracts with first-degree relatives, and households that received the 2022 Changwon City newlywed Jeonse loan interest support are excluded from eligibility.

Applications must be submitted in person at the administrative welfare centers in the applicant’s local eup, myeon, or dong; applications by mail or online are not accepted.
