The Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam Headquarters of the Union for the Protection of Free Korea held their second rally on this day at an open space near President Moon's private residence in Pyeongsan Village, Habuk-myeon, following their first rally on the 29th of last month.

They also announced plans for a large-scale rally on the 10th, when President Moon and his wife are scheduled to move into their private residence in Pyeongsan Village.
