On and the Beauty is a premium beauty specialty store housing about 3,000 beauty brands, including a dedicated section for approximately 80 premium beauty brands. Since its opening last month, the average daily number of visitors over about two weeks has increased more than 40 times compared to before, and sales have also risen by about 30% year-on-year.
The number of new members signing up for the On and the Beauty exclusive membership exceeded 10,000 within two weeks, and sales from customers who had no purchase history on Lotte ON in the past year but bought beauty products increased by more than 15% year-on-year. In particular, about 80% of sales occurred in the dedicated sections for premium beauty brands such as Yves Saint Laurent and Est?e Lauder.
On and the Beauty conducts exclusive product planning and various events with beauty brands. Until the 8th, it is holding the 'May, the Month to Express Your Heart' event, introducing popular products as gifts for Family Month based on last year's data. Until the 15th, an event called 'My Own Color Item That Brightens Skin Tone' is being held for On and the Beauty Club members.
A Lotte ON official said, “On and the Beauty has seen a surge in visitor numbers and new membership sign-ups within just two weeks of opening, showing strong customer response. Beyond simply increasing customer numbers, we plan to enable more customers to experience premium beauty through various services such as personalized product recommendations and exclusive product planning based on customer data analysis.”
