[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Mom's Touch announced on the 3rd that it will launch two new menu items for the ‘Cheese Festival’ that maximize various cheese flavors in celebration of May, the month of family.
The two new Cheese Festival menu items feature Mom's Touch's signature burger and chicken menu items, ‘Ssaiburger’ and ‘Ssaeunsal’, upgraded by applying various flavorful cheese sauces. This maintains the strengths of the existing menu while allowing customers to fully enjoy the deep and rich charm of cheese.
The ‘Triple Dip Cheese Ssaiburger’ is an upgraded version of the ‘Deep Cheese Ssaiburger’, which consists of a thick whole chicken thigh patty fried to order with rich cheese sauce added. It harmonizes three types of cheese?cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Gruy?re cheese?and increases the pure cheese content by 54% compared to the previous version, allowing customers to savor the deep and rich flavor of cheese itself.
The ‘Hot Cheese Ssaeunsal’ is a product that mixes Mom's Touch's representative chicken menu item, ‘Ssaeunsal’, with spicy seasoning and generously tops it with cheese sauce and mayo sauce. Using 100% chicken thigh meat, the ‘Ssaeunsal’ offers a soft and chewy texture from start to finish, and the trendy ‘Maepneu’ (a combination of spicy and creamy flavors) style sauce adds an addictive taste.
Meanwhile, to commemorate the launch of the new menu, Mom's Touch will hold a customer appreciation event throughout this month. On the 4th, for one day only, purchasing a single Triple Dip Cheese Ssaiburger at the store will be upgraded for free to a set menu including Cajun seasoned fries and cola. Also, until the 31st, purchasing Hot Cheese Ssaeunsal at the store will be offered at a discounted price of 9,900 won, reduced by 2,600 won.
