[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] The Ministry of Unification announced on the 3rd that it will publicly release some documents from the early 1970s when inter-Korean talks began, to the general public for the first time on the 4th.
The documents to be released this time include the process from the contact of the inter-Korean Red Cross delegates to the 25 preliminary inter-Korean Red Cross talks.
The documents available for public viewing can be accessed by visiting the inter-Korean talks document reading rooms set up at three locations: the Inter-Korean Talks Headquarters, the National Institute for Unification Education's North Korea Data Center, and others. The list of released documents, methods of release, and viewing procedures can be found on the Inter-Korean Talks Headquarters website.
