Sidiz Invests 3.8 Billion KRW in US Subsidiary

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jaehee] Sidiz announced on the 2nd that it will invest 3,796.2 million KRW in its U.S. furniture sales subsidiary SIDIZ AMERICA LLC.

After the investment, the shareholding ratio will be 100%.

Sidiz stated that the investment is "to secure growth potential in overseas markets through entry into the world's largest global market, strengthen global competitiveness, understand consumer needs through active local marketing, acquire expertise in the U.S. market, and diversify distribution channels by understanding the local market."
