Pasu Supports Startup Document Management with Rhapsody

Promising Fintech Company Deojeon Adopts Document Management Platform and Data Identification Classification Solution

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Fasoo announced on the 2nd that it has provided the next-generation document management solution ‘Wrapsody’ and data identification and classification solution ‘Fasoo Data Radar (FDR)’ to the fintech company Dozen. Fasoo actively supports startups and small and medium-sized enterprises in their growth phase to easily assetize documents and take the first step in securely protecting personal information through Wrapsody and Fasoo Data Radar.

Dozen is a B2B fintech specialized company offering financial VAN services such as firm banking, virtual accounts, and foreign currency remittance, as well as partnership services with KakaoPay. Seven months after launching ‘THE-APT,’ an integrated apartment management ERP program, it surpassed 2 million users. As Dozen’s business grows and the number of employees increases, it is systematically managing documents and strengthening compliance with financial sector regulations and personal information protection. Since it is starting document management for the first time, security, convenience, and work productivity were considered important factors. Considering the industry characteristics, including smooth support for macOS, Dozen decided to adopt Fasoo’s Wrapsody and Fasoo Data Radar.

Fasoo Wrapsody, which supports Dozen’s start of document assetization, is a next-generation document management solution that applies the concept of document virtualization to securely integrate fragmented documents. Each document is assigned a unique identification code and version, allowing backup and management regardless of storage location.

After document work, simply saving automatically updates the document for authorized employees and synchronizes the latest version regardless of storage location, enhancing work productivity. From the moment a document is created, access control and audit tracking functions are provided, and all documents are stored encrypted so that even if leaked, they cannot be opened without authorization. It features an intuitive UI for excellent convenience and broad support for macOS.

Fasoo Data Radar identifies documents stored in various repositories such as PCs, servers, and storage in real time and classifies them based on content and context. It especially identifies the presence of sensitive information such as personal data and can encrypt, isolate, or delete documents accordingly. It also offers functions such as revoking access rights or destroying documents after a certain period, which many companies adopt for personal information management.

Fasoo CEO Gyugon Cho explained, "When startups and small and medium-sized enterprises want to introduce document management solutions for the first time, they must consider management systematization, security, user convenience, and work productivity improvement to achieve successful document assetization."

He added, "By combining Fasoo’s Wrapsody, which overcomes the limitations of document centralization, with Fasoo Data Radar for personal information protection, we can establish a digital foundation for greater growth."
