Candidate Lee: "I will make Changnyeong in Gyeongnam a place where life is worth living"

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Ju-cheol In] Lee Sang-ju, a preliminary candidate for the People Power Party and member of the Gyeongnam Provincial Assembly, held an opening ceremony at his campaign office located in Changnyeong-gun and officially began his election campaign.

In his greeting, preliminary candidate Lee Sang-ju stated, "To create a livable Gyeongnam and a Changnyeong where people want to live, it is essential to have both political and administrative capabilities," adding, "With a passionate heart, I will actively work for Changnyeong by turning the voices of the local residents into policies."

He also appealed for support, saying, "I will run with the determination of 'live and die for Changnyeong,' and ask for the last chance to serve."

Following this, candidate Lee announced the 'Changnyeong Vision for Changnyeong Development,' which includes ▲ attracting Silicon Valley IT venture companies ▲ building welfare infrastructure for the era of 100,000 population in Changnyeong ▲ revitalizing the local economy by securing a budget of 500 billion KRW ▲ creating 100,000 jobs.

Candidate Lee Sang-ju has served as the president of the Changnyeong-gun Social Welfare Association for the past 10 years, wiping away the tears of the vulnerable. In the 20th presidential election, he served as an advisor to the People Power Party's Changnyeong-gun district. Currently, he holds positions as the president of the Changnyeong-gun School Operation Committee Association, advisor to the Changnyeong-gun Social Workers Association, chairman of the Changnyeong-gun Senior Specialized Nursing Home Management Committee, and co-representative of the People Who Love Namji.
