Starting today, ‘Manchon Jaileune’ has opened its model house and officially begun sales.

Manchon Jaileune is a post-sale complex scheduled for occupancy in January 2023, consisting of 6 buildings ranging from basement level 2 to ground level 26, with a total of 607 units sized between 77 and 84㎡. The units are divided as follows: ▲77㎡ - 124 units ▲84㎡A - 272 units ▲84㎡B - 211 units.

The complex is designed primarily with south-facing units (except for some types) to maximize natural light and ventilation. It offers a variety of layouts including slab-type and tower-type floor plans to provide a wide range of choices. Additionally, there is no above-ground parking within the complex, creating a pleasant environment where children can move around safely. The building also features double-glazed windows with divided facades, allowing unobstructed views without metal railings.

Various community spaces will be available within the complex. Facilities for residents’ health and leisure include a sauna, G.X, fitness club, and golf practice range. For children’s education, a small library and study rooms will also be provided.

Landscaping facilities designed to create beautiful scenery within the complex include a Modern Courtyard, Elysian Garden, and Vertical Garden. These allow residents to enjoy the changing seasons and spend time relaxing, exercising, and engaging in leisure activities without having to go far.

Manchon Jaileune offers a variety of standard included items. Engineered stone is applied to kitchen walls and countertops, while sheet panels are used on the entrance, living room, and corridors. Porcelain tiles are also included as standard for the living room art wall and floor finishes. Additionally, hybrid cooktops, kitchen LCD TVs, and integrated bidets (in family and couple bathrooms) are all included as basic options.

Ceiling-type system air conditioners, which are highly preferred by customers, are also provided as standard. The ceiling-type air purification system called ‘Sysclean’ will be installed, which is expected to result in high resident satisfaction. All unit types include four system air conditioners (living room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bedroom 3) and two Sysclean units (living room, kitchen) as standard features.

Manchon Jaileune allows both non-homeowners and homeowners with one property to apply for first-priority subscription. According to the amendment to the Housing Supply Regulations (Article 28, Paragraphs 8 and 11) enacted in December 2018, when housing is supplied in speculative overheated districts, subscription overheated areas, the metropolitan area, or metropolitan cities under the condition of disposing of existing owned housing, the property must be disposed of within six months from the move-in date. However, if applying through Manchon Jaileune’s first-priority lottery system, winners can proceed with the contract without a housing disposal pledge.

According to the on-site sales manager, “There is a merit in being able to apply without a housing disposal pledge, so detailed inquiries about subscriptions are continuing.”

The Manchon Jaileune model house is open for free viewing without prior reservation under the government’s relaxed quarantine guidelines.

For the first three days after opening, the first 100 visitors will receive ramen, consultation customers will be given small gifts, and a lottery will be held for visitors with various prizes.
