Mental healthcare IT company Humart Company (CEO: Kim Dong-hyun) announced the launch of ‘Mental Care Routine’ and ‘Emotion Market’ services on its Trost app.

‘Mental Care Routine’ is a service designed to relieve small psychological discomforts that make daily life uncomfortable. It offers routines tailored to various emotions and situations such as stress, insomnia, depression, emptiness, anger, morning, and happiness. Each routine starts with a small activity that can be easily done within 10 minutes in daily life, and all features are provided for free to encourage regular daily practice, the company explained.

The routines reflect the trends and interests of the MZ generation who want to ‘manage’ their mental health. Those who enjoy ‘living a godly life (Gotsengsalgi)’, ‘miracle morning’, or ‘rituals’ to spend their day meaningfully can develop a habit of caring for their mind through ‘Mental Care Routine’. It not only provides immediate relief but also helps build mental strength through daily small habits to cope with difficult situations and emotions that may arise anytime.

Customers using the routines responded with comments such as “A day I thought was unhappy became comfortable,” “I was able to enjoy a breather under the name of routine,” “It’s good to create healthy emotional habits,” and “My quality of life has improved.” To help users reflect on and manage their inner selves while finding pride, achievement, and efficacy, the service will be updated with various mental care routines developed with psychological experts and user experience (UX) designed to motivate and support habit formation.

‘Emotion Market’ is the first emotion commerce service launched by Trost in Korea. Emotion Market curates products specialized in resolving various emotions and situations or enjoying emotions. Customers can enjoy the experience of shopping for specific ‘emotions’ themselves and immersing more deeply in those emotions beyond simply using products, providing fun and satisfaction.

Emotion Market sells various products such as emotion journals for self-reflection, mind travel kits, sleeping diffusers and tea bags that help reduce anxiety and promote deep sleep, and DIY products for small achievements. Currently, new Trost users receive a 30% discount coupon for Emotion Market products. The existing commerce service ‘Selfcare Mall,’ which has been operating since 2020, has been integrated into ‘Emotion Market.’

Meanwhile, Trost is Korea’s number one mental care app operating the largest number of mental care services domestically. It offers a variety of free and paid services including Korea’s first non-face-to-face psychological counseling, AI chatbot Titi, emotion diary, psychological tests, psychiatric hospital and medication information, psychological workshops, sound therapy meditation, and ASMR. Combining professionalism and mass appeal, since its app launch, Trost has become a benchmark for many emerging services in the mental healthcare industry.

Trost helps users manage everything from mental health issues to daily care with a single app, gaining strong popularity among the MZ generation. It has successively unveiled △rebranding as ‘A Place Full of Emotions,’ △a video campaign “Live as Yourself” featuring singer Jessi as the model, and △brand channels and digital goods using the ‘Trost Emotion Emoji’ characters, leading popular mental care trends with a differentiated approach from other services. Trost EAP (Employee Assistance Program) for B2B clients is also growing rapidly, with first-quarter sales reaching 50% of last year’s total sales.

Kim Dong-hyun, CEO of Humart Company, said, “We are redefining mental care from the user’s perspective so that anyone can manage their mental health according to their situation, emotions, and the severity of psychological distress.” He added, “We will provide a variety of services ranging from professional ones to those that are fun like play, creating an easy and enjoyable standard for mental healthcare.”
