Hyundai Asan Records Up to 89 to 1 Subscription Competition Rate for 'Yeouido Hyundai Maestro'

Hyundai Asan's residential officetel 'Yeouido Hyundai Maestro,' currently being supplied in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, has closed its subscription with the highest competition rate in the Yeongdeungpo area.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, the subscription reception held on the 25th attracted a total of 1,586 applications for 162 units, recording an average competition rate of 9.79 to 1. In particular, the third group showed the highest competition rate of 89 to 1.

A sales official said, "Yeouido Hyundai Maestro is a newly supplied complex that has appeared in Yeouido, Seoul's representative affluent area, after a long time, and it attracted a lot of interest from many demanders even before the sale," adding, "It seems that many people applied for subscription because it offers excellent proximity to work, as well as top-level living environments in Seoul, including department stores, shopping malls, and Hangang Park, along with outstanding product quality."

The future schedule for Yeouido Hyundai Maestro includes announcing the winners on the 28th (Thursday) and conducting formal contracts over two days from the 29th (Friday) to the 30th (Saturday) at the Yeouido Hyundai Maestro sales promotion center.

Yeouido Hyundai Maestro is located within the Yeouido Business District (YBD), where securities firms and banks are concentrated, boasting proximity to workplaces that is almost equivalent to living and working in the same place. It is a station-area officetel just a 3-minute walk from National Assembly Station on Subway Line 9, allowing access to Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam within 10 minutes via Line 9.

Its product features are also a strength. The units are designed with 2 to 3 bays and 2 to 3 rooms, making them perfect for 2 to 3-person households and newlyweds. Built-in appliances such as refrigerators, electric ovens, washing machines, dryers, 2 to 3-burner induction cooktops, and built-in dishwashers are provided as standard, offering both residential convenience and efficient space utilization.

On the first basement floor, community facilities comparable to high-end residential products will be established. These include a screen golf practice range, upscale fitness center, PT rooms, as well as business lounges, business rooms, and multi-purpose rooms to support residents' work needs. Indoor gardens and resting areas will be created to enrich leisure time, and neighborhood living facilities will be located at the lower part of the complex, enabling convenient living within the complex.

Additionally, Yeouido Hyundai Maestro will offer Happy Services for both landlords and tenants. Happy Services provide functions such as fault and repair reporting for appliances and water facilities, overall management of community consignment operations, and various services including discounts at connected shopping areas. Tenants can receive assistance with inconveniences or moving, while landlords can find new tenants through Happy Services.

Meanwhile, to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, Yeouido Hyundai Maestro has also opened and is operating a metaverse promotional center. Visitors can check various facility information at a glance, including brand stories, unit types, surrounding locations, and community features, and can listen to detailed explanations through AI humans and chat in real-time with consultants. The metaverse promotional center can be accessed through the official website.
