Save the Children Hosts Exhibition "Children and Communities Changed by Participation"

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Save the Children West Regional Office, an international child rights NGO, announced that from the 25th, it will hold an exhibition titled "Children and Communities Changed by Participation" supporting local children's centers in Jeollanam-do at Namdo Hwarang inside the Jeonnam Provincial Library.

This exhibition will be held for a total of 5 days from the 25th to the 29th at 31 local children's centers participating in the support project within Jeollanam-do. It is designed to vividly convey children's participation activities through environmental improvements and child participation programs.

Save the Children successfully concluded the performance report meeting for the Jeollanam-do local children's center support project "Children and Communities Changed by Participation" on the 14th.

This was prepared with the purpose of increasing local community interest in child participation and enhancing the sustainability and necessity of child participation programs at local children's centers, thereby contributing to the promotion of children's rights in Jeollanam-do.

A Save the Children official stated, "The local children's center support project was operated as a pilot project in the Jeonnam region, aiming to improve the environment through child participation, run programs to promote participation rights, and spread advocacy for children's rights. We will continue to pursue various projects to improve the quality of life for children in Korea through the promotion of participation rights."
