SUV Driver Faces 'License Suspension' Level
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] A drunk driving vehicle drove in the wrong direction in front of the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul, causing a chain collision involving a taxi, a passenger car, and a motorcycle.
According to the police and fire department on the 25th, a vehicle rollover accident occurred near the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul at around 5:28 a.m. that day. Four people, including a taxi passenger, were injured and transported to the hospital.
According to the fire authorities, the passenger car driving on the road crossed the center line and consecutively hit a motorcycle and a taxi coming from the opposite direction.
At the time of the accident, the blood alcohol concentration of the SUV driver, Mr. A, was at the license suspension level (between 0.04% and less than 0.08%).
The police plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the accident.
