[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] The housing market in the last week of April is expected to be quiet, unlike the usual spring peak season.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 2,478 units (including officetels, rentals, and newlywed hope towns, excluding public rental housing) will be available for subscription in 11 locations nationwide during the fourth week of April. This is less than half of the 5,514 units supplied in the third week of this month.
Meanwhile, although the number of subscription units is small, a total of 11 model houses are scheduled to open. Winner announcements will be held for 14 sites, and contracts will proceed at 29 sites.

On the 26th of this month, Halla will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Gunsan Sinyoksekwon Hallabivaldi Centro,' located at 926 Naeheung-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeonbuk. The complex consists of 6 buildings, from basement level 1 to 25 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 75 to 84㎡, totaling 878 units. It is close to the Gunsan Sinyoksekwon central commercial site.
On the same day, POSCO Construction will accept first-priority local subscription applications for 'The Sharp Rhythm City,' being built at 399 Sangok-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of 5 buildings, from basement level 2 to 25 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 60 to 84㎡, totaling 536 units. The complex consists of 5 buildings, from basement level 3 to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84 and 110㎡, totaling 534 units. As it is a non-regulated area, 127 units with an exclusive area of 110㎡ will be supplied through a 100% lottery system, allowing applicants with low points to have a chance to win.
Located in the heart of Gimhae city, residents can conveniently access transportation, education, and living infrastructure immediately upon moving in. Within walking distance is Jangsin University Station, the only urban railway in Gimhae (Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit).
