Makebot Opens Cheongho Nice Chatbot... 'Comprehensive Expansion in the Distribution Industry'

Makebot (CEO Kim Ji-woong), a leader in AI-based chatbot services, announced that it has launched a KakaoTalk chatbot service in collaboration with Cheongho Nice (CEO Oh Jung-won) to enhance customer-tailored services.

Through the chatbot, Cheongho Nice provides product information regarding usage and self-management, and the ‘Self AS Guide’ feature allows for quick problem resolution with simple operations. Notably, once customers register their unique Safe Key in the chatbot, they can use all A/S easy request menus.

Customers can easily apply for A/S requests without a separate membership registration process, and notification messages are sent to customers when the request is completed or canceled. This minimizes the number of A/S visits, effectively saving customers’ time and costs, and also reduces the hassle of having to contact the customer center.

Additionally, the Cheongho Nice chatbot not only offers smart A/S easy requests but also provides personalized product recommendations through the ‘Find the Right Product for Me’ menu, enhancing accessibility and convenience for customers who want to use rentals, while significantly improving customer conversion rates.

Customers can quickly access categories such as A/S Easy Application, Find the Right Product for Me, Self-Check, and Self-Management by searching for ‘Cheongho Nice’ on the KakaoTalk channel, allowing them to conveniently receive the services they need without visiting the website, making phone calls, or requesting visits.

Meanwhile, Makebot, which is leading the spread of chatbots across public and various industries, is driving distribution innovation by opening comprehensive chatbot services in response to the expansion of distribution in the rental industry.

For example, major pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk, GSK, BMS, and Anguk Pharmaceutical operate chatbots targeting prospective customers and sales representatives from the sales stage, and Makebot’s chatbots are actively used in both face-to-face and non-face-to-face product purchases and subscription stages, such as store visits at Shinsegae L&B, product purchases at CJ OnStyle, and product subscriptions at Skylife.

Furthermore, companies like Lotte Chilsung and Interojo utilize chatbots for product ordering and delivery at each sales branch, and various client companies actively use chatbot services for membership management, A/S customer consultations, and post-marketing after product purchases, demonstrating that Makebot chatbots are also widely used in the rental industry and the distribution sector overall.
