Bitour Chain Signs Exclusive Distributor Contract for 300 Units of IoT-Based Real-Time Satisfaction Survey Solution 'SoT' with Withnet

Metaverse research platform BTour Chain (CEO Younggun Kim) announced that it has completed a distribution agreement for 300 units of ‘SoT (Satisfaction of Things)’, a real-time satisfaction survey solution based on IoT, in partnership with Withnet.

SoT is a solution installed at exits of various locations such as tourist sites, performance venues, restaurants/cafes, government civil service offices, and classrooms to collect and analyze visitor satisfaction in real time. Through BTour Chain’s patented technology (satisfaction survey system using motion recognition in physical spaces, Patent No. 10-2318661), visitors can conveniently evaluate services and experiences using hand signals (number of fingers) even while walking, which is its greatest advantage.

Additionally, visitors can indicate satisfaction on various items or write detailed reviews not only offline but also through an app. The collected data can be monitored in real time via the app or installed electronic display boards, and further analyzed as big data segmented by gender, age, number of entrants, time, weather, and other detailed categories to identify areas for improvement, enhance service quality, and develop diverse content and promotional strategies.

Withnet, an IT specialized company focusing on NI/SI projects for public institutions and large corporations, emphasized that through SoT, more public institutions and large corporations can collect and analyze various information including visitor and employee satisfaction data, and utilize big data technology to provide better services, which was a key factor in deciding this contract.

Younggun Kim, CEO of GG56 Korea BTour Chain, stated, “SoT is easy and simple, resulting in higher response rates compared to traditional tourist satisfaction and visitor surveys conducted by specialized research agencies, and it is also very economical in terms of cost and time. Another major advantage is that data collected through the app can be checked in real time.” He added, “We plan to build more reliable big data by eliciting diverse satisfaction reviews from tourists, spectators, or visitors through active rewards linked with the app.”

Founded in 2020, GG56 Korea has developed blockchain project BTour Chain (MSOT), the object satisfaction evaluation system ‘SoT’, metaverse research platform FinigeRate 2.0, and the digital pass solution ‘Pass&Go’ for vaccine and COVID-19 test negative result certification, utilizing advanced technologies such as big data, Internet of Things, metaverse, and digital asset trading to build a trust system aiming for the circulation of Global Good.
