According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 14th, Munsuro Prugio Urban Peace recorded an average competition rate of 8.44 to 1, with 1,596 applicants for 189 households (excluding special supply) in the first-priority subscription that closed the day before. The announcement of winners will be on the 20th, and official contracts will be conducted over three days from May 2 to May 4. Financial benefits such as a 10% deposit and deferred interest payment on intermediate payments (within 50%) will also be provided.

Meanwhile, Munsuro Prugio Urban Peace will be developed with a total of 339 households in three buildings, ranging from six basement floors to 45 above-ground floors. The model house is located near Daldong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City. Move-in is scheduled for June 2026.
