[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] EdisonEV announced on the 11th that it has resolved to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
The shareholders' meeting is scheduled to be held on May 25 at 9 a.m. in the large conference room on the 4th floor of EdisonEV headquarters in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The main agenda is a partial amendment to the articles of incorporation, with detailed matters to be confirmed later.
