Residents of 'Moa Elga The Suwan' in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, who will begin moving in next month, presented a plaque of appreciation to Moa Housing Industry on the 31st of last month.


The Residents' Association stated on the day, "Moa Housing Industry sincerely engaged in construction while communicating with residents to ensure high-quality apartment construction," and added, "We decided to present this plaque of appreciation to express our gratitude."

In fact, Moa Elga brand apartments continue to close subscriptions and sell out in major regions across the country. For example, 'Geomdan New Town Moa Elga Grande,' launched in Geomdan New Town in 2019, attracted 3,928 applicants for 401 households, recording the highest average competition rate of 9.8 to 1 among complexes offered at the same time and sold out in a short period. Notably, this complex also won the Grand Prize in the apartment category at the '2022 Future Architecture Culture Awards' hosted by Chosun Ilbo.

In particular, the sale price is set at 338.8 million KRW for an 84㎡ unit (5th floor and above), which is considered highly competitive compared to apartments in Seoul. This price is less than half of the average sale price in Seoul and more than 100 million KRW cheaper than the average jeonse (long-term deposit lease) price.


Furthermore, the complex offers a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW and a 60% interest-free mid-payment benefit to contract holders, which is expected to further reduce the financial burden on buyers.


The first-come, first-served contracts for New Yangju Moa Elga Nike are open to anyone nationwide aged 19 or older, regardless of their place of residence, and buyers can directly select their desired building and unit number.
