Real Estate Auction." This special lecture has been held annually since 2015, was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and is now resuming after three years.
This special lecture is planned to be composed of three parts, forecasting changes in the real estate market and auction market in the era of regime change and COVID-19 endemic, and covering investment strategies for each type of real estate.
The first part, "Regime Change! Grab Tight! Promising Areas" (lecture by Ko Junseok, adjunct professor at Dongguk University and CEO of J-Edu Investment Advisory), will focus on the rising expectations for real estate following the regime change, promising areas, and investment strategies.

The final third part, "COVID-19 Endemic Era! Grab Tight! Commercial Auction" (Kim Jaebeom, CEO of Ray Auction, a specialist in auction consulting), will lecture on how to secure and utilize commercial auction properties.
This special lecture will be held on the 29th starting at 5 PM and is also planned to be broadcast live through the YouTube channel.
